Mercenaries are usually outcasts, and will work for anyone, so long as the money is good. They have been known to fight on the side of good or evil, or even both at the same time when enough gold changes hands! Mercenaries like to stick together in groups, splitting profits between themselves and working together towards a common goal... Until they get paid!
